Release of Liability One of our top priorities at Purple Sage Coach is to provide a safe environment for your horses, and ourselves at all times. It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any special requirements your animal may need, especially in case of emergency. Before hauling commences, a Release of Liability MUST BE SIGNED and AGREED upon by you. Click here to view and/or print a copy of our Release of Liability. Copies of this form for you to sign will also be provided to you before every job begins. DISCLAIMER Purple Sage Coach reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including dangerous horse behavior. Behavior is determined by driver at time of haul. Again, it is the customers responsibility to provide important information regarding the horses disposition and emotional state, especially during emergency situations. |
